What is the difference between Regular and Extra Strong?

The Regular set is suitable for light to normal insect nuisance in enclosed indoor areas. It has a milder formula, and if you experience more insects, you can shorten the spray interval; if the problem decreases, you can extend it again.

The Extra Strong set contains a stronger formula and is intended for larger spaces, locations with open doors/windows, or heavier infestations (e.g., hospitality, farms, rural homes, stables, or holiday cottages). Use the Extra Strong version only when truly necessary, and always ensure adequate ventilation. For people with respiratory conditions (such as asthma), we recommend seeking medical advice beforehand.

How do I install a Complete Set?

Mount the dispenser at least 2 meters high on a wall so the mist spreads effectively. Insert the refill and batteries (not included), set the spray interval, and the system will work automatically. Always follow the manual and ensure the room is well-ventilated, especially in the presence of sensitive individuals or pets.

How long does the refill last?

A 250 ml refill lasts about 30 days at a 15-minute interval (approx. 3,000 sprays). Check periodically if the refill or batteries need replacing. Avoid excessive use to prevent unnecessary exposure to active substances.

Are the sets safe for pets and children?

Our products are carefully designed but contain an active ingredient that affects the insect nervous system. Therefore:

• Do not use in rooms with fish or reptiles (such as aquariums or terrariums).
• Keep the device out of reach of children and pets.
• Be extra cautious with people who have asthma, allergies, or sensitivities.
